Remote Services: We access your servers and workstations
through the Internet using RDP (Microsoft) and Remote Support
Services (RSS). Many problems are solved without an on-site
visit.

Backup: We schedule a minimum of 5 backups/week. We are
notified by email of any failure. For critical data, we backup to
off-site storage.

Web & Email: Host your own web & email system.
